Return Policy:
Return Window: You may initiate a return request within 7 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility: Product must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
Non-returnable Items: Items marked as “Final Sale” cannot be returned.
Exchange Policy:
Exchanges are allowed only for defective or damaged products.
To request an exchange, please contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery with product images, unboxing video and order ID.
Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.

Wrong or Damaged Products:
If your product arrived damaged or incorrect:

Provide clear photos and videos of the product unboxing
Upon detailed analysis, we will replace the product or issue a full refund, based on your preference and product availability.
