Refund and Returns Policy

Return Policy:

  • Return Window: You may initiate a return request within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Eligibility: Product must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

  • Non-returnable Items: Items marked as “Final Sale” cannot be returned.

Exchange Policy:

  • Exchanges are allowed only for defective or damaged products.

  • To request an exchange, please contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery with product images, unboxing video and order ID.

Refunds:

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.

How to Request a Return or Refund:

Please email us at support@thefuturex.in with the following data:

  • Order ID

  • Reason for return/refund

  • Unboxing video and product images (in case of damage/defect)

  • Our team will guide you through the process.

Wrong or Damaged Products:

If your product arrived damaged or incorrect: 

  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery

  • Provide clear photos and videos of the product unboxing

  • Upon detailed analysis, we will replace the product or issue a full refund, based on your preference and product availability. 

Returns Outside of 7 Days

  • FutureX does not accept returns beyond the 7 day return window.
