Refund and Returns Policy

Return Policy

  • Return Window: You may initiate a return request within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Eligibility: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

  • Non-returnable Items: Personalized items, opened consumables (like Ring or band  ), or items marked as “Final Sale” cannot be returned.

  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was damaged or incorrect.


Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are allowed only for defective or damaged items.

  • To request an exchange, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with product images and order ID.


Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.


How to Request a Return or Refund

Please email us at support@thefuturex.in with the following:

  • Order ID

  • Reason for return/refund

  • Unboxing video or images (in case of damage/defect)

Our team will guide you through the process.


Wrong or Damaged Items

If your product arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide clear photos/videos of the package and product

We’ll replace the item or issue a full refund, based on your preference and product availability.
